Jo McCall is a sarcastic, tell it as it is, dark romance author who loves connecting with her Russian and German roots. Born and raised in the beautiful Washington State, she spent her early years traveling to other countries and learning about other cultures and connecting with people all over the world. 

For ten years she had a shining career as an EMT/Medic until an injury halted her career in its path. Determined to make her inner child happy again, she began writing romance and in 2021 became the published author she always dreamed about. 

Jo loves autumn and summer, hates snow with a passion, but will gladly go tobogganing. She often likes to take the bull by the horns and get things done even if it means setting something else aside. She can’t live a day without coffee, she tried and it didn’t go well, loves spending time with her 4 nieces and nephew and spoils her older sister whenever she gets a chance. 

Her two favorite places in the States to visit is Vegas and Disneyland where she will easily drain her bank account if she can. 

A woman who loves to spend time at home with just her two dogs and the dog kennels she runs, but hates going out to do things by herself. Considered an extroverted/introvert, Jo loves small groups but hates large social activities.
